Paul studied at the Manchester Dental Hospital and qualified in 1982. After working as an associate in two NHS general practices in the Manchester area, he became a practice owner in 1999. Paul left the NHS in 2006 and developed 61Dental, a state of the art general practice environment, in 2009.
